Equestrian beach access December, January and February only. Due to environmentally sensitive sand dunes, sea oats and safety concerns, ingress and egress to the beach is allowed only at the ONE DESIGNATED ACCESS. Parking for equestrian users is limited to the 2 non-paved parking areas. There are NO overnight equestrian facilities at the park. You must purchase a riding permit at the park office.
