We welcome you to join us on Sunday, May 5 for our Spring Farm-to-Table dinner with a twist! It just so happens to be Cinco de Mayo too! The event promises to be a festive dining experience with 270 degree views of the breathtaking Blue Ridge Mountains and our beautiful vineyards blossoming with Spring!
The menu includes: grass-fed Angus beef empanadas, 7-layer dip tortilla chips with assorted salsas, local lettuce salad w/goat cheese, cilantro & lime, jalapeno dressing, chicken stuffed pablano pepper with chipotle cream sauce, grit cake, roasted vegetables, and assorted fried fruit pies
with cinnamon ice cream.
