North Augusta Welcome Center
The North Augusta Welcome Center is strategically located on I 20 Eastbound. This Welcome Center offers many great services including: travel information; brochures on exciting destinations in South Carolina; AT&T International language services; accommodations information for all parts of South Carolina; current weather and traffic information; travel itinerary planning; information on our beautiful State Parks; lodging and theater reservations; mapping and routing information; discount coupons to some of our most inviting attractions; and golf course tee times.
Serving South Carolina visitors since 1968 when the first state welcome center opened on Hwy 17 in Little River, our theme of the month for May is, appropriately, 40 Years of Smiles...Come Celebrate With Us!
Kicking-off the welcome center program's 40th birthday celebration, to top it off, we'll also be hosting National Tourism Week festivities too! NTW is an annual event, held mid-May at welcome centers across the state. There will be informative displays, southern food samplings, cultural and artisan demonstrations, and more.
