Rock around the oldest continuously running clock in the nation, built 1833, in historic downtown Winnsboro. The festival will kick off at 7 p.m. with the Rocking Chair Parade on Friday evening, entries vie for the coveted Perpetural Trophy, any mobile use of a rocking chair is an acceptable entry. Following the parade will be the Street Dance with DJ and live band play until 11 p.m. Saturday's activities start at 10 a.m. Classic cars from all over the southeast will cruise into the central business district to showoff their award winning rides. An entire city block is dedicated to children's amusements for all ages. Come join us for good food, good music, family fun.
