Charleston Cooks! will lead you through preparation, cooking, and eating two delicious meals during this two-night program. Set the stage for impressing your friends and family on the grill. You'll start out with cremini mushroom, arugula, and blue cheese spread on grilled bread. Pan-seared trout with pecan brown butter, skillet cheddar, and chive cornbread will be the main dish! Finish them off with a black forest cherry cobbler! And that's just lunch!
Our gourmet cooks will take dinner inside for an easy 7-ingredient meal. Everyone can cook like us, and we'll show you how. We don't want to give it all away, but your tastebuds won't forgive you if you don't sign up!
Program fee includes 2 nights stay in the lakeside cabins, gourmet cooking training, 2 gourmet meals, and all taxes and fees. Class-size is limited to 20 participants.
