We are always eager to make your South Carolina visit a special one. In 2010, each South Carolina Welcome Center will have a special monthly package available to use in planning an exciting South Carolina experience.

Whether it's a local site of interest, something for the family, a place to eat, or specials for golfers, shoppers, sportsmen and adventurers, let our professional staff find it for you! Simply stop in at the welcome center as you enter the state.

 Serving It Up Southern Style - Centers will be packaging information on local sites of interest, things to do for the family, sportsman and adventurer.

 Rekindling Heritage in South Carolina - Remembering and revisiting our rich Southern culture is something most visitors can't resist. Giving thanks for our families and friends, every person visiting a South Carolina Welcome Center is sure to feel at hom. The National Heritage Corridor's Discovery Centers have hospitality and the centers themselves offer experiences too.

 Ready for a Break? South Carolina is Awake? - Ahh, spring comes earlier in the South and sleet and snow are foreign words. the sun is shining and South Carolina is ready to welcome you. Visit our welcome centers for all the breaking  news on upcoming State Park events. Come out and play!

 Springtime in South Carolina...Old Favorites and New Discoveries - South Carolina is in bloom and welcome centers are the place to come for special information on where to begin it all.

 Memories are Made in South Carolina - The first South Carolina welcome center opened in 1968 on Hwy 17 in Little River and we have been smiling ever since. Bring the kids and come out and play at a state parks. Have a family reunion or even a wedding at a one of our scenic state parks. Also, be our guest as all the SC Welcome Centers celebrate National Tourism Week in May with displays, demonstrations and refreshments.

 Find Your Way to BIG Small Town Adventure - Our small towns have BIG surprises! With summer tourism traffic cranking up, be sure to take advantage of the centers' free services. Check out the South Carolina National Heritage Corridor's Web site too.
