Sixty-six bunkers are well placed off the elevated tees and guard undulating two and three-tiered greens. The greens vary in size and their well-defined tiers place a premium on precise approach shots. Hole #6, a par 3 with Port Royal Sound in the background, has been recognized by many as one of the most spectacular holes on Hilton Head.
