It's not necessary to visit the Lowcountry for a taste of Lowcountry fare. For more than 10 years, Blue Marlin has specialized in creative seafood dishes with a Lowcountry kick. Of course shrimp and grits is on the menu. The grits is made locally across the street at Adluh Flour. Blue Marlin also serves hand-cut steaks, a Fried Green Tomato appetizer, a skillet of Oysters Bienville and Salmon Pontchartrain with its blackened shrimp and scallops in a creamy mornay sauce. In 2007, Chef Brian Dukes had the honor of preparing dinner at the famed James Beard House in New York City. Blue Marlin is proud to be a part of The Sustainable Seafood Initiative.

When the International Club opened its course in 2000 in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, it truly delighted those who love the game of golf and it quickly earned a reputation as one of the area's most enjoyable, challenging, and dynamic 18 hole courses. The International Club's golf course was designed by golf course architect, Willard Byrd. Through his design the course was given five sets of tees. As a result, the yardage for the par 72 course ranges from a fun 4,838 yards to 6,857 yards - enough to test even the best golfer's skills.

The International Club has been praised and recognized by some of the top golfing sources, and individual players alike. In fact, the International Club has received the prestigious 4 Star rating from Golf Digest for being one of the Best Places to Play. As soon as any golfer - whether novice or expert - enters onto the grounds of the golf course, the beauty and unique layout of the course becomes evident. Pines, oaks, and native grasses are scattered throughout the course - sometimes lining the fairways, and sometimes protecting the greens. Lakes and ponds are pristine, but also encourage an accurate shot. Sparkling white bunkers create an aesthetically pleasing contrast to the well-maintained greens and rolling fairways. The International Club is also known for having some of the fastest greens on the Grand Strand…just waiting for a 3 putt!!!

One of the most challenging courses in Myrtle Beach is the beautiful Myrtle Beach National West. From the regular tees, golfers of all abilities will enjoy this classic Arnold Palmer design. But be prepared for a professional challenge from the back tees as the numerous doglegs, fairway bunkers and natural hazards come into play. Winding through a forest of stately pines, the West offers everyone the feel of a private club.

This masterpiece that will challenge golfers of all levels with its breathtaking beauty, exceptional service, superior course conditions and three sets of tees. The architect, Tom Jackson, artfully sculpted the course from a tropical environment. The layout is tastefully hallmarked by towering native live oaks that frame holes number 5 and 18 and hole 11 is framed by beautiful magnolia trees. Lush, but narrow fairways are framed by rolling mounds, native marsh and wetlands, and more than 50 bunkers. The course meanders through coastal marshland and natural lagoons with marsh views. A truly unique experience, The Plantation Course at Edisto is, from a player's standpoint, refreshingly new and great fun to play for all skill levels.
