South Carolina's 1st Major golf championship. SC native, Jay Haas, will defend his title on The Ocean Course at Kiawah Island Golf Resort, May 22-27, 2007. Greg Norman, Tom Watson, Peter Jacobsen and rookie Nick Price are among the field of 156 players eligible to compete in the most historic and prestigious championship in senior golf.

Now in its fourth year, a two-man tournament for male amateur players. The course is seamlessly integrated into the natural landscape and along with the designer's trademark undulating fairways, this heavily tread course features protected greens, many edged with bunkers, as well as strategically placed water hazards. Most memorable is the large lake bordering the difficult dogleg-left finishing hole.
