One of the island's newest courses, Golden Bear has a natural elegance that comes from its blend of classic design and magnificent Lowcountry setting of mature forests and freshwater wetlands. Best Hole: No. 18, a 537-yard par-5 with an approach shot over a small pond to a small, gently undulating green also guarded by bunkers in the back. Golden Bear also offers a state-of-the-art ProTrac GPS Electronic Caddy System on every cart to aid golfers with overviews of each hole, pro tips on how to best play the hole, live scoring for groups and more!

Planter's Row was designed by Willard Byrd and built in 1984. This 18-hole course was the Plantation's third course and played host to the Hilton Head Seniors International Golf Tournament, a former Champions TOUR event. This course offers a different look from its sister courses, with rolling, tree-lined fairways in a park-like setting. Water comes into play on several holes, and its large and undulating greens require a skilled touch with the putter.

Summerville's free family and community celebration! Join the non-motorized parade, featuring kids on bikes, in wagons, on rollerblades, in strollers - all decked out for America!! A magic show, games and activities for children of all ages, live music, jump castles and food vendors round out this fun event. Fireworks show will start at 9 p.m. at Gahagan Sports Complex.
