The Arts Council of York County’s Blues and Jazz Festival, now in its 9th year, is slated to take place in Historic Downtown York, SC on Thursday, October 3, 2013, at the Sylvia Theater, continues with a restaurant crawl across Old Town Rock Hill on Friday, October 4, & culminates with a grand finale on Saturday, October 5, 2013. This year, the festival has grown to include a day of blues & jazz related kid activities at the Community Performance Center, 249 East Main St., Rock Hill, on October 4.
