Get your tickets now for euphoria in Greenville

Tickets are now on sale for euphoria, a food, wine and music festival in Greenville Sept. 23-26. It is an event I don’t want to miss.

Here are the guest chefs scheduled to be there:

Justin Bogle, executive chef, at age 28, of GILT in New York.

David Guas, pastry chef and owner of Damgoodsweet Consulting Group in Virginia. His book, “DamGoodSweet - Desserts to Satisfy Your Sweet Tooth New Orleans Style” [Taunton Press], was a nominee for a 2010 James Beard Foundation award. He is a New Orleans native.

Chris Hastings, chef and co-owner of Hot and Hot Fish Club in Birmingham, Ala. Hastings and his wife, Idie, opened the restaurant in 1995. According to his bio, he “developed his love for and relationship with food during family vacations spent in South Carolina’s Lowcountry.”

Michael Kramer, executive chef of the Tasting Room Wine Cafes in Houston and former chef of Voice Restaurant in Houston and McCrady’s in Charleston.

Mike Lata, chef of FIG in Charleston and a James Beard Award winner in 2009 for Best Chef in the Southeast.

Kevin Rathbun, chef and owner of Rathbun’s Kevin Rathbun Steak and Krog Bar in Atlanta.

Bryan Voltaggio, chef and owner of Volt in Frederick, Md.

Musician Edwin McCain and Carl Sobocinski of Table 301, owner of Soby’s, Soby’s On the Side, Devereaux’s, and the Lazy Goat in Greenville, started the festival in 2006.
