Those are some of the questions posed to Table 301 Corporate Chef Rodney Freidank in a new Ask the Chef feature on the Table 301 Facebook page

On the last Wednesday of each month, a different Table 301 chef will be online 2-3 p.m. to answer almost any question you want to ask, whether it’s about cooking in general or a specific dish at one of the Table 301 restaurants.

Freidank works with all of the chefs and restaurants in Table 301. He recently has been working closely with the team at the Overlook Grill, which Table 301 took over last summer. It is closed now and will reopen in the spring with a new concept.

Other Table 301 restaurants include Soby’s, Soby’s on the Side, Devereaux’s, the Lazy Goat and Nose Dive
