Nichole Livengood is a South Carolina native and graduate of Winthrop University. She’s a freelance writer for numerous publications in the Carolinas and writes a popular Greenville food blog. She is a foodie, pop culture addict, avid reader, crafter, art collector, baker extraordinaire and adventure seeker.
Before becoming a writer, she was founder of a nonprofit community arts organization in Travelers Rest where she headed up a poetry series, a children’s arts festival and summer camps, and an Outsider art fair.
Nichole and her husband and daughter live in the beautiful mountains of northern Greenville County. These days, when she’s not scoping out the hottest eateries, whipping up something in her kitchen, or playing mommy taxi for her 10 year old, she’s writing on her back porch with a menagerie of pets at her feet.
